The Hopawup Academy for Young Lobelings was an educational institute on Ferenginar.

Quark attended the school. During his time there, he blackmailed one of his teachers after he discovered pictures of the teacher talking to clothed Ferengi women, who were also talking to him. Quark revealed he knew in an essay and received an "A" for the paper. (DS9 novel: Legends of the Ferengi)
