The House of Lorgh was a Great House of the Klingon Empire. It was led by Lorgh, an Imperial Intelligence agent and old friend of Mogh, son of Worf.
When Mogh and his wife Kaasin were killed by Romulans on Khitomer, Lorgh took their younger son Kurn into the House, and rasied him as his son. Kurn was later informed of his true bloodlines during his Age of Ascension ceremony, but officialy remained a member of the House of Lorgh until the Klingon Civil War of 2367-2368. (TLE novel: The Art of the Impossible; TNG episodes: "Sins of the Father", "Redemption, Part I", "Redemption, Part II")
After leaving the Romulan camp, the young Klingon Toq was turned over to the care of Lorgh. The two went through the R'uustai ritual, bonding Toq to the House of Lorgh. (TNG novella: The Final Artifact)
