Admiral Howard Delapore was a Human Starfleet officer during the 24th century. He had worked at Starfleet Academy and was known as a man of action.

In 2364, Delapore contacted Captain Jean-Luc Picard and told him that the situation at Tenara was highly important and that the USS Enterprise and USS Centurion were to hold the system at all costs.
