Huanni are a sapient humanoid alien civilization native to the planet Huan, a homeworld located somewhere in the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
History and specifics[]
By the late 23rd century, the Huanni were members of the United Federation of Planets. They have pale purple skin, deep purple hair and elongated ears resembling a kangaroo's. They are known for their hyper-emotionalism, and thus are considered good counselors. (TOS novel: The Last Roundup, VOY novel: Old Wounds)
