Crewman Hunt was a crewman assigned to the USS Enterprise in 2265.
Hunt was a member of Captain James T. Kirk's landing party to the surface of planet K-G. Unfortunately, Hunt never returned from this mission, because he was infected with spores which transformed him into a giant plant. Hunt was still able to sacrifice himself for the rest of the landing party, when they were about to be devoured by a carnivorous plant, he tackled it. (TOS comic: "The Planet of No Return")
