The Hunting Grounds were enclosed structures present on worlds belonging to the Klingon Empire.

Inside these structures, Klingon warriors would hunt deadly predators and either improved their combat skills or died. This made these structures valuable additions to Klingon colonies as their warrior nature would be sated fighting real and deadly opponents on the battlefield.
