IKC K't'inga

The IKC K't'inga (also known as IKV K'Tinga) was a Klingon battle cruiser starship, the prototype of the D7-class upgrade known as the K't'inga-class, introduced into Imperial Defense Force service in the beginning of the 2270s. K't'inga was built of a Klingon hull design used since the 22nd century but with upgrades to nearly all systems. (CCG: The Motion Pictures, TNG video game: Starfleet Command III)

The phrase "k't'inga" translates from Klingon languages as "bringer of destruction". (RPG sourcebooks: Klingon Ship Recognition Manual, Starship Tactical Combat Simulator)

The Star Trek CCG set gave this vessel the name prefix and spelling "IKS K't'inga", but the SFC III game called it "IKV K'Tinga". Given the 100-year separation between the two sources, it is entirely possible that two separate vessels were being referred to.
