In 2375, this ship was commanded by Martok, Son of Urthog for an attack on Trelka V. (DS9 episode: "Once More Unto the Breach"; WizKids module: Tactics)

By early 2376 K'mtec was the commanding officer of the Ch'Tang. Martok took the command of the Ch'Tang again during Gothmara and Morjod's coup. (DS9 - The Left Hand of Destiny novels: Book One, Book Two)
