The IKS K'lashm'a was a Klingon starship in service in the 2370s. It saw action in the Dominion War.
In 2374, the K'lashm'a joined the IKS Rotarran, the USS Centaur, the USS Lyric and the USS Traynor in a diversionary attack on a Dominion ketracel-white storage barge near the Argolis Cluster. Benjamin Sisko, commanding the fleet from the Centaur, ordered the K'lashm'a to follow the Traynor in the attack on the barge.
The K'lashm'a was destroyed in battle several weeks later. (DS9 novelization: ...Sacrifice of Angels)
