In the mirror universe, the IKS Klothos was a D7-class, specifically of the K't'inga-class, Klingon battle cruiser starship in Klingon Alliance service in the 23rd century, operational in the early 2290s.

In 2293, Klothos, along with the IKS K'tanco's mirror duplicate, escorted the ISS Excelsior out of Klingon space, when the group was set upon by enemy fighters. (TOS game: Shattered Universe)

The regular universe Klothos was mentioned as Kor's command in canon, leading us to believe that the mirror Kor might've been commanding the counterpart vessel.
