The IKS Pagh (IKC-95295), also known as the IKC Pagh, was a K'vort-class bird-of-prey in service in the 24th century for the Klingon Empire. Her commanding officer was Captain Kargan. (Star Trek Encyclopedia, ST:CCG: Premiere, ST roleplay module: Starships)

In 2365, Commander William T. Riker signed aboard the Pagh as first officer as part of an Officer Exchange Program between the Federation and the Klingon Empire. During Riker's tour, the Pagh was performed undesignated maneuvers in the Pheben system.

While conducting their maneuvers, a subatomic bacteria was found on the hull, and was found to be eating away at the tritanium plating. Kargan concluded that the USS Enterprise-D had planted it there in order to sabotage the ship. Riker's attempts to convince him otherwise failed, and he only managed to stop an attack on the Enterprise by arranging for Kargan to be beamed off the bridge to the Enterprise and assuming command of the Pagh himself. Eventually, the Enterprise was able to remove the bacteria from the hull of the Pagh and the two vessels would part ways. (TNG episode: "A Matter of Honor").

In 2375, the Pagh, still under the command of Kargan, engaged Jem'Hadar vessels near Marcan V and was able to disable a number of them before being forced to crashland on the surface of Marcan V. The majority of the crew died immediately on impact, except for Klag, who despite losing an arm was able to track the Jem'Hadar unit who had also crashed on Marcan and kill them all. (TNG novel: Diplomatic Implausibility).

The Premiere edition identifies the Pagh as a battle cruiser. Later, in the supplement Starships, Decipher revises the type to that of light cruiser.
