The IKS R'kang (IKC-11478) was a Vor'cha-class Klingon battle cruiser starship in Imperial service in the 24th century.

The R'kang was assigned to continue the Klingon exploration of Minos on stardate 46127.4, in 2369. (Decipher RPG module: Starships)

Although most other Vor'cha-class starships are referred to as attack cruisers in canon, the R'kang and other Vor'cha-class vessels listed by the Decipher RPG as battle cruisers. It is not clear if this is because they are outfitted differently or if the two cruiser terms had become somewhat synonymous.
