The IKS Vor'cha (IKC-11500), also known as the IKC Vor'cha, was the prototype for the Vor'cha-class attack cruiser (or battle cruiser) in service in the 24th century for the Klingon Empire. Commissioned in 2362, the Vor'cha was commanded by Chancellor K'mpec. (Star Trek Encyclopedia, ST:CCG: Premiere, ST roleplay module: Starships)
In 2367, Vor'cha, along with IKS Vorn and IKS Buruk, met with the USS Enterprise-D to request the assistance of Captain Jean-Luc Picard, who K'mpec would ask to be arbiter of succession. K'mpec died, poisoned by veridium 6, aboard the Vor'cha days later. (TNG episode: "Reunion")
- The Premiere edition identifies the Vor'cha as an attack cruiser. Later, for the supplement Starships, Decipher revised the type to battle cruiser. Canon accepts the former type, and rejects the latter type.
