The IKV 'O'lav was a Vor'cha-class Klingon attack cruiser starship in Imperial Defense Force service in the late 24th century. (TNG video game: Starfleet Command III)

This ship's name and its prefix were part of the list of names the game software assigned to Vor'cha vessels appearing therein.

According to The Klingon Dictionary, in tlhIngan Hol the ship's name is correctly written 'o'lav (no capital) which means "drum".
