The IRW D'ridthau was a Romulan starship in service in the 2370s.

In late 2375, the D'ridthau served as the Romulan flagship at the Battle of Cardassia, the final battle of the Dominion War. The D'ridthau was destroyed when the Dominion attacks caused the Romulan fleet lines to collapse. Admiral William Ross sent Benjamin Sisko and the USS Defiant, to assist the Romulans after the destruction of the D'ridthau. (DS9 novelization: What You Leave Behind)
