The IRW Harax (IRC-1969) was a D'deridex-class Romulan warbird starship in Imperial Star Navy service in the 24th century. She was commanded by Commander Tebok

In 2364, the Harax was dispatched to the Romulan Neutral Zone to investigate Romulan outposts destroyed by the Borg. During the course of the mission, Harak made the first Romulan diplomatic contact with the Federation in over 50 years. (ST roleplay module: Starships, TNG episode: "The Neutral Zone")
