The IRW Harax (IRC-1969) was a Romulan starship, a D'deridex-class warbird battlecruiser in Romulan Star Empire in the 24th and 25th centuries. In the 2360s decade. its commanding officer was Commander Tebok. (TNG episode: "The Neutral Zone", Decipher RPG module: Starships, STO - Emergence mission: "Romulan Imperial Minefield")

History[]

In 2364, the Harax was dispatched to the Romulan Neutral Zone by the Romulan Star Navy to investigate outposts destroyed by the Borg. During the course of the mission, the Harax made the first Romulan diplomatic contact with the Federation in over 50 years, in the form of the starship USS Enterprise-D. (TNG episode: "The Neutral Zone", Decipher RPG module: Starships)

In the 2410s, the Harax served the Tal Shiar and was part of the fleet led by the IRW Falcata.

In 2410, the Harax was part of the fleet led by the Scimitar-class dreadnought warbird Falcata blockading the Romulan Imperial Minefield system. The Harax and its escort ships guarded Facility Gamma, part of a series of three repair- and mining facilities.

The Alpha Quadrant Alliance scrambled to defeat the Falcata and remove the Imperial presence from the minefield. A flotilla of five Allied ships liberated civilian freighters before rallying at the repair facilities. At Facility Gamma, the Harax and its escorts, consisting of Mogai-class heavy and T'varo-class light warbirds moved to intercept. The Tal Shiar fleet was soundly defeated by the Allies, who then moved on to the weapons platform closed to the planet. (STO - Emergence mission: "Romulan Imperial Minefield")

This mission is repeatable, and this ship may reappear.
