In the mirror universe, the ISS Molly (NCC-96047) was a Typhoon-class starship and the flagship of Imperial Starfleet. (STO mission: "Crack in the Mirror")

In 2409, the Molly retrieved Captain O'Brien from the compromised Bajor VII mining station, were Starfleet officers were taking control. The Molly warped towards the Bajoran wormhole and engaged the Starfleet vessel in pursuit to divert it from O'Brien's efforts to redirect the wormhole to the mirror universe. Starfleet destroyed the Molly, killing O'Brien and preventing damage to the wormhole. (STO mission: "Crack in the Mirror")
