In the mirror universe, the ISS Nogura was a Terran Empire Miranda-class starship in service to the Imperial Starfleet in the 23rd century. The Nogura was under the command of Captain Simons.

In 2285, the Nogura encountered Shuttlecraft NX-2000/05A from the USS Excelsior with the mirror James T. Kirk and his senior staff. The Nogura destroyed the shuttle to claim the price on Kirk's head, apparently killing all aboard. (TOS - The Mirror Universe Saga comic: "The Beginning of the End...")
