Inartha Dor was a Bajoran poet who wrote poetry before the Occupation of Bajor.

Part of one of Inartha's poems was "All manner of things decay. And what a man thought was solid as a rock in his youth turns out to have been anchored in shifting sands". (DS9 novel: Saratoga)
