Ingraham B was a planet located in or near Federation space. (TNG episode: "Conspiracy"

Ingraham B was the site of a Federation colony that was wiped out by neural parasites in 2266. Those parasites later made it off planet and went on to to infect Deneva. (TOS novelization: Operation -- Annihilate!)

Several minor attempts were made to re-colonize Ingraham B following this incident. None, however, were successful, and by the mid 24th century, the planet was abandoned. However, the planet was selected by the Denevan government as a destination in the event of a planetwide emergency and evacuation. Following the destruction of Deneva during the Borg Invasion of 2381, several thousand survivors resettled on Ingraham B. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
