The International Archives was an organization on Earth responsible for the preservation of important public documents, including those meant to be kept classified for a period of time. The papers of Nathan Samuels, former Prime Minister of United Earth, were kept by the International Archives, and released to the public sometime before 2264, seventy-five years after Samuels's death. Although the International Archives are referred to in the context of an alternate timeline, its existence would seem to predate the point of divergence from the main timeline.
