Ensign Isaac Soulian was a human Starfleet officer, native to Lebanon, who served as navigator aboard the USS Enterprise in 2246.

While the Enterprise was en route to deliver urgent food supplies to Tarsus IV, Soulian was the first to detect that they were about to be intercepted by the D6-class battle cruiser, IKS Kut'luch. (TOS - Enterprise Logs short story: "Though Hell Should Bar the Way")
