J'dah was a Klingon who was tied to anti-Martok extremists.

In 2391, he placed a bomb on Deep Space Station K-7 that derailed negotiations between the Klingon Empire, United Federation of Planets and Gorn Hegemony. He was then murdered using a close range disruptor blast and the body was let out one of the station's airlocks; the body then snagged onto the station, providing vital evidence in the bombing investigation.
