Jae Yi was a Human male serving in Starfleet in the 24th century.
Jae was captain of the USS Khitomer until 2378 when he was transferred to the USS Dauntless. (TNG video game: Bridge Commander), only to command the Khitomer again following the destruction of the Dauntless by rogue Cardassian forces.
