Jaresh-Uryad was the brother of former Federation President Jaresh-Inyo. After Jaresh-Inyo passed away on Mars in May of 2380, Jaresh-Uryad spoke at the memorial service. He was shorter than his brother, but both had a very similar sounding voice. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
