Jetran Tullh

Je'tran T'ullh, on his weekly politics program.

Je'tran T'ullh was a Damiani male who hosted a weekly political opinion program called Our World. While some did not take Je'tran seriously, he was believed by many to be a powerful and influential individual.

Biography[]

Sometime prior to 2371, Je'tran publicized illegal activities by Minister El'ar, and was widely credited with ending the official's career, despite the investigative efforts of Du're C'ullho and the Iaron City Police.

Je'tran was a moralist, who became a vocal opponent of governor-elect Ra'ch B'ullhy when it was revealed she had only one life-partner instead of the traditional two. Secretly, Je'tran directed a conspiracy to have Ra'ch assassinated, although all attempts to do so were foiled due to the involvement of personnel from the USS Enterprise-D. While he attempted to claim on his show that he had only objected to Ra'ch's personal life without wanting her dead and encouraged his viewers to express their opinions, he was shocked when Our World was canceled by Dr'wshi after an overwhelming percentage continued to vote in Ra'ch's favor, a vast majority of those suggesting that he was responsible for it.

Je'tran was also responsible for the rediscovery of the Chova, an ancient telepathic weapon created by Pad'gy D'ullh, one of Damiano's worst dictators. He shocked even his closest associates and supporters when he revealed that his efforts to recreate and modify this awful weapon pre-dated Ra'ch's election by some years, "in case [he] needed it some day".
