Jedda Adzhin-Dall was a Deltan quantum physicist who was assigned to Regula 1 Space Laboratory, along with his mate, Zinaida Chitirih-Ra-Payjh, to work with Dr. Carol Marcus on Project Genesis.

Jedda was killed by Captain Clark Terrell under the direction of Khan Noonien Singh in 2285, when Khan attacked the station to try and discover the secrets of the Genesis Device. (TOS novelization: Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan)
