Jennifer Sisko was the first wife of Starfleet captain Benjamin Sisko.
She gave birth to the couple's only child, Jacob Isaac Sisko, on June 12, 2355 in a Starfleet facility in San Francisco. (TLE novel: Deny Thy Father)
She was killed by the Borg in 2367 during the Battle of Wolf 359 onboard the USS Saratoga. (DS9 episode & novelization: "Emissary")
