Jill Rosado was a 24th century Human woman who was a member of Starfleet. Rosado was an operations manager aboard the Federation starship USS Enterprise in 2381. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)

She worked for nearly fifty years, from the 2320s to the 2370s, as a librarian at the University of Bologna on Earth. After retiring as head librarian, she decided to join Starfleet as a second career. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)

As of mid 2380, she served as the relief operations officer aboard the USS Enterprise-E. (TNG novel: Q & A)

In 2381, following the Borg Invasion of that year, she and Lieutenant Dina Elfiki worked together on a database search protocol that could identify and locate planetary evacuation ships that had not been properly documented during the pre-invasion chaos. Her efforts led to the discovery of the lost Denevan ship SS Libra. (TNG novel: Losing the Peace)
