Jodie Goodnough was a female engineer aboard the USS Enterprise-E in 2379. Goodnough was part of the search and rescue team which beamed aboard the Klingon ship the IKS Taj after it had been severely damaged by the nadion-pulse cannons of Tezwa. (TNG novel: A Time to Kill)

A few weeks later, she was having lunch with three of her shipmates in the plaza in front of the Deelatava on Tezwa when a hybrid-plasma photon charge detonated destroying the building and vaporizing everyone in the plaza. (TNG novel: A Time to Heal)
