Joe DiMaggio (November 25, 1914 - March 8, 1999) was a Human baseball player for the New York Yankees during the 20th century.

In 1941, DiMaggio had hits in 56 games in a row, a record that stood until 2026 when Buck Bokai of the London Kings broke the record. (TNG episode: "The Big Goodbye", DS9 episode: "If Wishes Were Horses")

In 2270, after he was transported uptime from 2020, Colonel Shaun Christopher wanted to know if Bokai had beaten DiMaggio's record but was unable to receive an answer. (TOS novel: The Rings of Time)
