Lieutenant Jonas Abidah was the alias used by Cadet Bael Nomine while taking part in Admiral James Leyton's conspiracy against the Federation government. Abidah was assigned as chief of operations on Starbase 375 under Commander (later Captain) Ishmael Snowden.
Nomine used a personal holographic device to alter his appearance, and used the image of the late Lieutenant Jonathan DeNoux. This face, however, was recognized by Lieutenant Padraig Daniels. Although Nomine was able to subtly alter Abidah's assumed appearance, Daniels remained suspicious, leading to the revelation of his true identity.
