Joq was a male Ferengi office worker in the 24th century. He lived in Ferenginar's capital city, and worked at the Zalp Building, near the Tower of Commerce. He was a critic of Grand Nagus Rom and his reforms, and supported Brunt's campaign to oust Rom after the Ferengi Commercial News reported he had violated the contract for his marriage to Prinadora.
