José Dominguez was a Starfleet officer who served during the 23rd century.

By 2266, Dominguez was the command of a starship base on Corinth IV and eagerly awaited the arrival of the USS Enterprise which had a supply of chilli peppers for him. (TOS episode: "The Man Trap")
