Josh Gibson was a male Human from Earth in the 20th century. He was famed as one of the best catchers and hitters in baseball history, though because of racial prejudice, was never allowed to play in the sport's major leagues.

A glove used by Gibson when he played for the Homestead Grays in 1930 was displayed in the Pioneer Pub in Pike City on Cestus III in the 24th century. (ST novel: Articles of the Federation)
