Judi was a woman married to Adams, who lived in Dundee Ridge on Cestus III before they moved to Kennovere. Judi and Adams were friends of Vicenzo Farrenga and Miranda Kadohata.

During the Borg Invasion of 2381, Miranda contacted her husband and covertly tried to tell him to flee Cestus III, using Judi and Adams as a metaphor, as Starfleet officers were prohibited from discussing intelligence over an open subspace communications channel. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)
