The Judicial Charter of Koloth was a document that had a basis in Klingon law which stated that; "An Advocate is entitled to challenge the charges at any point during the tribunal."

The Charter was quoted by Advocate Kolos during the trial of Earth Starfleet Captain Jonathan Archer in 2152. (ENT episode: "Judgement")

Presumably, it was named after Koloth but nothing confirms this in the episode.
