Commander Julia Stiles was an Earth Starfleet officer during the Earth-Romulan War.

In 2155, Stiles was serving aboard the USS Yeager when it was attacked near Deneva. After Captain Gerhard was killed in action, Stiles took charge of the ship, but it was destroyed shortly afterward. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
