Julius Caesar (Circa 101 B.C.E - March 15, 44 B.C.E.) was a Human who lived on Earth. A military and political leader in Rome, he played a central role in changing the Roman Republic into the Roman Empire.

Casear's quest for absolute power was compared to men who had similar goals, men such as Alexander the Great, Adolf Hitler, Genghis Khan, Napoleon Bonaparte, Maltuvis, Ferris, Krotus and Lee Kuan. (TOS episode: "Patterns of Force").
