Julian Clifford Mance, Jr. aka Junior Mance was a 20th century jazz pianist and composer from Chicago on Earth.

William T. Riker was a fan of Junior Mance, including his classic standard "Blue Mance" and his trio's rendition of "Emily", which held sentimental value to him. Deanna Troi used the words "sophisticated" and "elegant" to describe his playing. (TNG novel: A Time to Heal)
