Kaga was a Klingon male who operated a restaurant on Deep Space 9's Promenade, which he opened in 2370. He was a skilled chef and served many authentic Klingon cuisines and dishes. Kaga would also serenade his customers with music and song.

Julian Bashir and Melora Pazlar visited Kaga's restaurant on a date, although Pazlar was less than impressed with the lack of movement from the racht. (DS9 episode: "Melora")

Jadzia Dax and Arjin dined at Kaga's restaurant several months later. Kaga performed a song that Jadzia had taught him. (DS9 episode: "Playing God")

In 2372, Worf dined at Kaga's restaurant, where he enjoyed live gagh and a rokeg blood pie for dessert. (DS9 short story: "Broken Oaths")
