Kandless was a male Klingon physician in the 24th century. As of 2376, he practiced in the village of Ya'Koraq on Qo'noS. That year, he attended the Klingon Physicians Enclave conference in Novat, and provided aid to the victims of an aircar crash that occurred at the same time, along with Doctors B'Oraq and Valatra. At the recommendation of B'Oraq, Chancellor Martok appointed Kandless to the newly-formed Klingon Medical Authority. (KE novel: A Burning House)
