The Kashai was a Cardassian Guard warship in service during the early 24th century.

In 2323, Dal Skrain Dukat was in command of the Kashai when he escorted the freighter Lhemor to Bajor. He was still in command when he used it to destroy the Bajoran warships Clarion and Glyhrond and then steal a Tzenkethi marauder. Dukat then used the marauder to attack Bajor and the Kashai participated in the marauder's destruction. (TLE - Terok Nor novel: Day of the Vipers)
