The Katanga Mountains were a mountain range on planet Farius Prime, located not far from the Galldean Sea. The Katanga Mountains were the habitat of the Katangan mountain lion. The mountains and surrounding area were also presumably home to the Katangan people. (TLE novel: Well of Souls)
