The Kazarites were a civilization native to planet Kazar. While technologically advanced, the Kazarites were noted ecologists, and largely lived in agricultural societies well into the 23rd century.
Kazarites were able to communicate telepathically with animals from all planets. The Kazarites also had limited telekinetic powers and were able to teleport themselves mentally.
