Keelee-Kee is the capital city of the planet Tezwa. The Prime Minister and the Assembly all reside within the city. By the time the Federation arrived, the city was ancient, with the architecture including towers, spires, and domes. The Deelatava and the Ilanatava were in Keelee-Kee. (TNG novel: A Time to Kill)
Keelee-Kee suffered a number of attacks from insurgency forces after Kinchawn was deposed. An attack from a plasma warhead launcher took down the shuttlecraft Heyerdahl, the Deelatava was destroyed by a small hybrid plasma-photon charge, and the Ilanatava came under attack when Kinchawn launched his final coup attempt.
