Leader Keeyah was a Gorn official during the 24th century.

In 2345, Keeyah met Captain Jean-Luc Picard of the USS Stargazer, to give him the Gorn's official declaration of war against the Federation due to their continuing expasnsion. Picard would challenge Keeya to a negotiation, after fighting him. The two would meet again in 2370 for an official summit meeting. (TNG novel: Requiem)
