Kellerman was a male Human engineer in the 23rd century. As of 2264, he held the rank of ensign, and was assigned to the Corps of Engineers team aboard the USS Lovell. That year, he was part of the team dispatched to Outpost 5 and charged with repairing the post's PXK reactor. To this end, he was able to attach the battery packs from a pair of Mark IX artillery cannons to a Mark III laser drill-pack.
