The Kelvas Repair Facility was a Cardassian facility in the 24th century, located in orbit of Kelvas V.

During the Dominion War, Breen engineers used the facility to install their energy dampening weapons on Jem'Hadar ships. In 2375, the Cardassian Rebellion was able to infiltrate the Kelvas facility and steal one of the retrofitted ships. (DS9 episode: "Tacking Into the Wind")

After the war, in 2377, the USS da Vinci was assigned to oversee the rebuilding of the Kelvas Repair Facility. (CoE eBook: Remembrance of Things Past, Book II)
