Kelyans are a humanoid reptilian race. They had grayish scaly skin, long sinuous bodies, and were incapable of smiling. In 2253, at least one Kelyan, Lieutenant junior grade Endel, served in Starfleet. (TOS novel: Vulcan's Glory)
